Twenty minute row last night, medium walk due to heat (it’s not just me and I’m not wearing a heavy coat). Row #29, almost through the first 30. Puppy class tonight, will row before if temps are tolerable; otherwise, after. Or maybe I’ll swim if it’s really gross. Gotta get at least ten minutes in there. One note just for me, the rows are getting easier overall. HIIT still kicks my a$$, but it’s supposed to. I should pull a graph charting average heart rate for rows and see if progress is as good as I think it is. Data vs. my feelings. I’m going for 90 rows before my birthday. If I do two rows in a row (stack) it’s one row. If I do two separate rows in a day (morning and afternoon), it’s two. I’m short a couple of days to get to 90 that way unless I do that. Weekends are perfect for that strategy. I’m working on focusing on my core/hinge at this point since it’s what I’m weakest at on the rower.

Blob at new low. Muscle way up. Water up, which means it will fall back down in time. All good stuff.
