Still nauseated and still losing at a way faster rate than is healthy for me. However, I did go see a doctor and it's a big old sinus infection so I am on the mend! Be gone vertigo and bring on the Autumn hikes!

This 2 lb loss isn't due to anything other than nausea from sinus issues so it's not a legit win. This time of year where I live there is an almond harvest and they shake thousands of trees who release all manner of fuzzies into the air and we also have smoke from wildfires which have just leveled me. I have never had allergies to the point that I am vomiting from vertigo so I am trying everything to resolve it but there might be more weight loss if I can't get the vertigo under control. I would be happy to try anyone's suggestion on how to deal with super sinus!
