I am a solid size 10 with room to breath "easy"
Yesterday - I did my 20 rep exercise on the beach - Ocean side
LIFE IS GREAT
I bought new jeans - size 10 - lots of room - I have to pull them up occasionally.
I am eating my meals on time - nothing inbetween - staying in the CI range.
I am in maintenance. ...
I feel that for me --- for now --- I AM AT GOAL.
I AM IN MAINTENANCE.
I feel great ---
(I actually ran Yesterday - like in jogged -
across the street and about a 1/10th of block - yep!)
I am mid body max index - MIDDLE HEALTHY NORMAL BMI -
AT 65 YEARS OLD - SIZE 10 - I FEEL GOOD AND I AM GOING TO CALL IT A GOAL 140 POUNDS.

Still alive - logging everything everyday
- making better and healthier food choices with minimal exercises.
Five pounds to go - as usual !!!
I like maintenance eating - bouncing back and forth within a two pound range
and I feel good - I am active and healthy.
Still aiming for that final 5 pound loss ... slow and steady.
Hope everyone else is fine - the on-site food looks delicious as usual.

I changed by goal weight to "136" - One pound difference
SO--- I GOT A BLUE LINE YESTERDAY...YAY ME -
(Hey -Do not burst my bubble) - I am just glorifying in the temporary blue line.
Boy was that ever a lot of work!!!
I will change it back - "the guilt" - I can live without!
I bought a new scale - one that gives me percentages for body fat - water - muscle
and the BMR number for the day -
I was concerned about losing too much muscle - since the body only uses 31 calories of fat per pound per day - so if you only have like 10 pounds of fat -
then you can only use a total of 310 calories in fat before the body uses muscle.
With the new scale that shows the percentage of body fat -
that absolved all of my concerns about using up muscle -
(yah like I really worry about that ???!!!)
To my surprise - the diagnostic weigh scale states that I have ...
about 30% Body Fat = about 41 pounds of fat .... x 31 calories per day ...
Basically - I am a darn fool --- and skinny fat on top of it.

SO BACK IN THE RUT -
KNOCKED THE CI BACK DOWN TO 1,100 BECAUSE NOTHING ELSE EVER WORKS.
AND VOILA - I STARTED TO DROP WEIGHT RIGHT AWAY. YEP!!!
DRAG OUT THE HOT AIR POPCORN POPPER - HERE WE COME.
