62 years old. Slim most of my life but during and after menopause 12 pounds crept up on me. I'm pretty short, 5'3", so it felt and looked like more than it might on someone taller. After watching Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead I felt inspired to lose the unwanted pounds. I realized that my constant snacking was largely responsible for my wight so now I use a timer. After a meal I set the timer to count down for when the next meal will be and that works for me. No more snacking and I eat healthy meals. So far, so good. :)
