Hello! My name is Sarah and I am 23. I have gained a lot of weight in the past few years due to going on medication and exercising less, eating worse, being comfortable in a relationship, you name it - that's the reason. I would really like to get the weight off and get back to what I used to be for me, my new fiance (eeeee!! Well, he's not new, but the engagement is!) and to be more active with my horse!
In my spare time I enjoy reading, camping, horseback riding, swimming, quadding, basically anything outdoors!
Our wedding is June 4, 2011 and to lose 40lbs all I need to do is 5lb per month to reach my goal in time. That is MORE than doable, so I may end up losing much more than I hoped!
So far I am really happy with what Curves has to offer and I am hapy with how things are working out. I am going to set a few weight goals to motivate myself and help progress in this journey:
