Hello! I am a married woman with three beautiful children. I work part-time. For a little while there I was enjoying all the food that I loved and during that time, guess what! Yup, I put on some weight! My biggest weight gain was at 183 lbs. After I saw that on the scale, I decided I needed to do something about it. So off and on throughout the summer I would work out and try to cut back on eating so much. And it has been working.Now my goal is to stick with it and with the holidays coming (I think for me) it's going to be a challenge. To be at my weight goal I need to lose about 20-25 lbs. I am an O+. So I'm going to try the blood type diet and see how it works out.
