Tired of the hundreds of diet plans so opted to do things the right way, gym and a 4 week associated challenge. Thus far I like that I feel good after my meals and their is no discomfort or bloating.
After 3 weeks at the gym I can see some muscle definition so this is motivation indeed. The eating plan is quite rigid with chicken and fish featuring a lot.
I started the eating plan on Wednesday the 15th June 16 and already it is working!
