hi!! i'm a 31 year old, bottom heavy female that can't get rid of that last 10 pounds. i exercise HARD regularly. i know that i could tweek my diet but i'm overall fairly selective with what i eat and try to eat healthy. i do well when i know exactly what to eat for the day. i usually stick with it. does anyone have any secrets to the last 10 lbs? even better if it could be removed from my a%#.
