I live in Indiana and am a retired teacher. I started L A Weight Loss in November, 2007. I am 5'1" and started at 158 pounds. I was down 14 pounds and went on a one week vacation and came back up 3 pounds. I will get those off and get back in my "losing" mode. This will be a very slow journey for me to get to 135 pounds!
