I have always been thin and in shape. After I had my son in 2006 I kept on an extra 10 lbs. I didn't mind that weight. But in the last few years that weight has increased. I got married in 2010 and of course put on more weight. I have been going up and down since the summer of 2010. I was actually down to 129 in August and then gained it all back.
I'm not heavy but when you are used to being slim, even a few extra pounds are noticeable. Also I don't want to let myself get too out of control. I've recently decided to try Slim Fast and new exercise routines (and prayers). I CAN lose the weight, its just a matter of keeping it off.
