Hi,
I started this weight loss journey on January 1, 2008. By the time I found this site, I had lost 63.5 lbs. I am disabled. I can walk short distances, otherwise I am in a w/c. I am unable to exercise due to my disability, so it seems to be taking forever to lose the weight, even though my scales show me I am losing consistently. I have not had a week since I started that I have not lost. I also have thyroid problems, diabetes, and hypertension. I will get to my goal, and I will remain there.
