Hello, I am 36, and suffering from a couple of hormonal disorders that have caused some serious weight gain over the last 10 years. Don't get me wrong, I have contributed to my own demise with lots of decadent desserts and comfort food. I'm a stress eater and I have a very stressful job so I guess it's no wonder I'm WAY overweight. I started a version of Atkins (really just a diabetic diet) on January 2nd 2007 an I intend to see it through to my goal weight. That's 118 lbs to lose. Good LAWDY!
