i started my blood type o diet about 4 months ago and weighed 109.5 kilos. in the first 10 weeks i lost a steady 1 kilo per week but have stopped progressing since, i seem to be stabelizing at 99/100 kilos for the past 7 weeks. i need to cut down on those odd treats and do more execise and cut down on portion size, having trouble doing this.
