I am a 37-year-old educator and freelance writer who spends way too much time on my MacBook as a result of work, depression, and laziness. I've been overweight since I went to college (I gained the freshman 55 and then another 20 on top of that afterwards) as a result of the cafeteria having wonderful chicken strips, ranch dressing, and hash browns. Anyway, I've wasted too much of my life being fat, and I want to change while I still can.
I want to be able to enjoy my life while I'm still youngish. And mainly I want to feel healthy. So those are my main reasons, and I'm hoping that this website can help me.
