I'm a 45 year old mother of 2 young children. I want to start eating healthy for the sake of my kids. I have been eating unhealthy for years and have recently been on a diet with only lean meat and non-starchy vegetables and fruit. I recently discovered The Gabriel Method and it is EXACTLY how I want to eat and have my family eat...with "treats" as treats rather than a everyday thing. My husband is overweight...my 10 year old son is overweight...and although myself and my 8 year old daughter are within our "normal" weight range, eating healthy isn't going to hurt us any!!! Hoping to teach myself and my kids nutrition.
Goals:
Fit by 40...DIDN"T HAPPEN!!!!
Get rid of my bat winged arms!
Tone up my "Mommy" belly!
Lift the junk in my trunk!
