I am on the way up from a rough ride of a year last year. I am glad to have stopped smoking and drinking, but realised that these had replaced eating disorders I had when I was a teenager. So food is a bit out of control sometimes for me. I'm trying to establish a healthier relationship with food and not let things get out of control. I feel like this app will help me be more mindful
