I'm a mother of two (10&6) and I'm absolutely sick of being fat. I was thin during my school days and then I think I got comfortable with my life. And let myself go. I LOVE CARBS!!! I think this is my downfall. I have decided that the South beach diet sounds like a great plan for me. I going to get rid of all the crazy things I love...pasta, bread, pastries and soda and then I hope I'll see some results. I have never dieted so, I hope this is going to be a pleasurable experience. My husband won't join me in my quest...he says he loves pasta too much...so do I hello...there's the problem!
