Getting back into being active and discovering new exercises. I tend to get really into an exercise for a bit then get completely bored. I've tried it all; hot yoga, HIIT, barre, cycling, etc. I now have a treadmill at home so my goal is to walk on it every day and do a fitness class at home, switching up the focus.
I eat a 100% plant-based diet and am hoping to lose at least 30lbs to feel confident in my own skin again, especially with summer right around the corner!
