Hello!
This is my diary where I show what I eat,
my shape and follow what others eat.
I lost 40 kg.
My journey started in 2019, where most of the weight went away in 2 years.
I work out in the gym,
and I believe that a combo works for losing weight
counting calories + sports.
I like strength training, yoga, walking, drinking a lot of water.
I wish everyone good luck, and believe in yourself and your strengths.
We are what we eat!
