so i just startin this today , i've tried many diets before but always failed so so hopefully this time ill get lucky....
i wanta loss 30 pounds ... i used 2 weight 19.2 st got down to 12.8 st but now its gone back up to mid 14st ....

wanta do my best so if any 1 has tips please please tell me thanks xxx
