I'm a mum of one, working from home for the past 4 years. Some set backs have allowed me to pile on weight and now i just can't continue dragging it with me.
I've taken to going to the gym now and i intend to stick to it by God's grace. I'm trying to change my eating habit of eating late at night and sleeping off (practically seconds afterwards).
Hoping to make friends on this site too and building a network of like minded peole to laugh our weights off together.
