Hello, I am obese and not very happy about it at all. I managed to go from 181 to 160.5 through skipping meals and taking unrelated medication but it made my mental illness even worse.
I would love to lose 40 kilo and just be considered Overweight rather than Obese.
Sometimes when I can't find exactly what I've had, I'll overestimate just to be on the safe side or add the item twice <3 to correct for any extras.
I'm not a very good cook, and my job is quite sedentary. I'm hoping to maybe take up circuit boxing or something but being so large and with back pain it's difficult.
