I'm a 30 year old insurance agent in south Georgia. My weight has taken off (Up unfortunately!) the past 8 years or so. My goal is to get back down to my old school weight of around 220. Into all the typical southern guy things here...hunting, fishing, canoeing, camping, 4-wheeling...you name it. Sad part is, most of that stuff doesn't do much for exercise. My typical night involves plopping down in the recliner and watching tv or playing video games. I've had success with Atkins in the past but have always converted back to my old eating habits. This time I'm ready for LIFESTYLE change! Bring on the new me!
