Hi, I'm Ronda. I am 48 years old and in desperate need of help in losing weight. I have had total knee replacement surgeries in both knees and I have heart disease. I still can not do a lot of cardio (but, I do what I can), and I can not do floor work, i.e. push ups or planks. I need a lot of help staying motivated to just get up and move. I am hoping 2014 will be the year I can make my goals and start feeling better about myself.
