I am a self-confessed sugar addict, and am now serious about losing weight to improve my health & fitness levels, and finally shop for clothes with confidence again.
I started eating clean (and cut out all forms of sugar, white flour and refined foods) 6 weeks before signing up for any online forums like this, or doing exercise, as I wanted to get into healthy habits first.
I am looking forward to lose 20,4 kg over a period of 24 months, and to have a body fat percentage of 30% as opposed to my current 43%.
