Since I've been with my husband (11yrs) I've gained over 100lbs. I've tried so many different diet plans and lost weight successfully in the past only to gain it all back plus some. I figured if I make healthier choices without restricting myself I can succeed. So now my plan is to simply burn more calories then I intake. Going good so far. 2 weeks in and I've lost 6.4lbs. Hoping to lose 60lbs by the end of June 2012 for my birthday trip to the Bahamas.
In 2008 I was at my all time high weighing in at 253lbs wearing a size 18 that was quickly becoming too tight. I refused to buy new jeans, and I was even more determined to never wear a size 20 so I got busy. Within 5mos I lost 57lbs. The following year I managed to gain back only 10lbs, but I was still fighting the fight.
In 2009 I got pregnant with my first child. Throughout the course of my pregnancy I very carefully managed to gain only 13lbs, not wanting to undue all of my hard work. Don't worry in May of 2010 I gave birth to an 8lb 7oz beautiful little boy. 3 weeks after I made it home I managed to lose the 13lbs I gained plus an extra 10.
Once I had my son I decided to become a stay at home mom. Over the past 14mos I've gained almost 30lbs.
I'm tired of gaining and losing, losing and gaining. I hate the way I look and feel in my clothes. Time to finish this once and for all. WISH ME LUCK!
