My name is Lorrie. I'm living and working in Ireland in the food industry, which frankly kills my diet. But I'm determined to do it this time. My heighest weight was approx 186lbs which is horrible for someone of 5ft1.
My starting weight on 21st June was 151lbs. I normally get to about 143 and completely get stuck.
This time round I'm hitting the gym 2-3 times per week. I'm taking apple cider vinegar in the morning to rid any excess fluids from my body (also great for my skin). I also take juice plus capsules which are helping me to stay full mid afternoon, lessening my mood swings and tbh I think my cellulite is improving since I started taking them 3 weeks ago. Over share!! Lol... (Here's where I get mine www.juiceplus.ie/+sd02730). The vinegar can be gotten in Tesco, if you're this side of the ocean, but I found the organic ones cheaper in holland and barretts.
My diet then is just going to be portion controlled, and as little wheat as possible. I think it's the culprit for making my belly puffy and my tiredness after lunch some days.
