So in high school I lost a ton of weight and reached a nice 70kg, then put in on during varsity, and even more while married......
I started at my current company in September 2013 and decided new beginnings new me right?
at that point I was a good 105.something kg.....heavy and unenergetic - I struggled to play with my kids.
So changed diet, dedicated to gym time and now in 2014 even started doing a few parkrun's and 10km road runs as well as warrior races.
Now reached a nice 92 (off a great low of 90 - Easter you bastard!) and looking to reach 75......
Any help and advice welcome!
