I'm a mother of 3 and I have a desk job. Love the job but not what it does to my body. I recently started Atkins with my husband and we are both trying to lose the unwanted pounds that have crept up on us.

Carbs are a major weakness for me (husband too) so we've tried to be faithful to Atkins during induction.
