Hey Buddies!
I figured it's about time to update this thing! So I really started my dieting adventure in September 2007... I did a series of things between the Master Cleanse and South Beach and dropped from 168lbs (my all time high) down to 136lbs... I maintained that over the next couple of years and dropped down to 126lbs by May or so of this year!! I did a few gains and losses over that time, but I'd attribute the loss to a divorce, break-up, and the hCG Protocol (I don't wanna say I recommend it or not, but that's how I did it). After moving back to my families house for a few months, I turned into a fatty (to me) with all the crappy food that was in the house and totally gorging myself! So here I am, up to about 148lbs because of my lack of self control, but I'm ready to stop this cycle and do it again! I've got an apartment by myself again which makes dieting so much easier!!! Here's to doing it and keeping it off!
