Hello
I am 26 and I weigh 118-120 depending on the day. I used to weigh 109-113 but ever since I have quit smoking my weight has been increasing. I have been compensating for the harmful smoking addiction with a harmful food addiction.
Here is my problem though, I love to cook, it relaxes me. I love to eat good food and try out new recipes. I am obsessed with the food network. I would have gone to culinary school if it were not for the grueling hours in the kitchen at restaurants.
I also work full-time and go to school full-time so there are times when I do need to eat and run.
My fiance and I have joined a gym that we keep promising ourselves to go back to and I actually think that we are going to go to day finally, but it is hard to find the time.
I hope that this South Beach Diet works, I do so love my carbs but I love myself more and I would like to look fantastic for my wedding...and for the rest of my life.
