I am in my late 20's and have been struggling with my weight for about 10 years now. My problem is that I don't focus on my goals and tend to lose sight of why I want to lose weight, or how to achieve what I want. A lot of things that have to do with weightloss (the right choices, portion control, etc) tend to be very out of sight, out of mind with me. Instead of stopping and thinking I will just shove something in my mouth!
