I started my diet back in March of 2010 and weighed 286 lbs. when I began. The heaviest I have ever been was 289 and I didn't want to get back to that weight ever again. I am doing very well by counting calories and working hard in the gym. I am taking 3 servings of whey protein with skim milk a day, 1 serving of Scivation Vasocharge before workouts and 1 serving of Scivation Xtend when I wake up, 3 servings during workouts, and one when I finish my workout. I have cut out all soft drinks and so far I have lost 29 lbs. My goal weight is 240 lbs by July. We shall see. I am working out at least 5 days a week and am doing cardio on all those days. I have specified one day for just cardio for at least 45 min to an hour. I am only eating on average 2000 calories a day with a RDI of 3000.
I am currently doing the Personal Training Certificate through the International Sports and Science Association and hope to be certified in the next few months.
The only thing that follows hard work is RESULTS!
