Former gym rat who let life interfere. Until the last couple of years, I was always in top shape, only ever struggling with losing the occasional 5 pounds. Then life happened, the gym became a source of stress, and I just quit everything and got into the habit of eating fast food. Now here I am, 30 lbs heavier - I currently way the same amount I did the day I went into labor with my son!
I am determined to re-adopt the habits I have had for most of my life. My challenges have been raising a teenage son and failing to plan/budget - which results in ordering from the $1 menu in the drive-thru at McDonalds, and working 8am-6pm weekdays. But my motto used to always be: you make time for that which is important to you. I'm re-adopting it.
