dora 你可以把苦瓜內層的白色膜層去掉,苦瓜就不苦了~~整顆苦瓜不切、下去炸到金黃,再放去滷,超讚的啦,下飯~~

gulinlin我苦瓜恐懼症光是外型就沒辦法,我知道妳說的做法是要選擇白色苦瓜滷的時候可以加破布子,薑絲,跟南部特有醃漬鳳梨一起滷味道更好...夏季也可嘗試做梅子涼拌山苦瓜應該也很不錯,但我還是不吃...😎😎

🤣大家的留言都好逗喔🤣苦瓜白的比較不苦,中間要挖掉,綠的比較苦,但切薄片可以炒鹹蛋苦瓜好下飯,我也喜歡做成涼拌醃梅子,加的糖,一點都不苦喔,很好吃。夏天我常喝苦瓜湯養顏美容😋
