I have become a little complacent, since my local LAWL went bust. So I kinda fell off the wagon a little, not overly much, I am still thinking of all the hard work I've done to get this far, but I was just a bit depressed just the same. But now I'm back on track, & want to lose another3.4 kilos

Beanie what are your three biggest reasons to lose weight? I put my reasons on sticky notes and place them through out the house along with various sized mirrors. It's hard for me to look in the mirror and tell myself that I have done everything I should this day for me to reach my goal weight. It'll either motivate you to stick with it or smash them all and have 7 years bad luck. Remember it's all baby steps.

I'm not sure how kilos translate to pounds -- but whatever you have left to lose -- way to go on getting back on track!!!!!! I have a Gazelle for exercise and I play the Tony Little tape to help that time go faster. And he says the ONLY loser, is the one who doesn't try, otherwise, you are winning!!!

I'm feeling pretty good today, I have been to the auction house & bought a stack of LA Lite bars, that will keep me going a while. I plan on being good & only having 1 per day. It was so good to taste the peanut butter one again after so long. If I was living in America I'd still be able to visit the centre it would be easier to stay on track then. However I'm gonna be strong. It's great having this website, to stay in touch at least.
