@rarahika : defisit kalori aja mbak, menu diet gizi seimbang makanku 3 kali sehari plus ada jadwal ngemil. Trs ngehindarin minuman manis, goreng2an pinggir jln (kalau dirumah ada dikit2 nyicip mah), fast food, snack2. Dan lebih menerapkan makanan real food gitu, rebus kukus panggang. Ganti ke karbo kompleks (msh makan nasi, tp selang seling). Olahragaku combine aerobik sama main beban, tp msh pemula kalau beban mah. Itu aja sih mbak, pokoknya diet saya wajib kenyang wkwk
