I'm still disappointed about yesterday, but I am back on my diet today. At least I'm not sick anymore!!!
It was just 1 day and it was minimal carbs. I'm not going to stress it.
I made the Dean's List in college for last semester and am just SO proud of myself...so, so proud.
I had to share that with you guys!!!
I'm also making some changes to what I actually eat on my diet. I'm going to cut out the Atkins candy bars and the peanut butter.
I want to see if I can leave these things out of my diet for 2 weeks and see if I lose even more weight.
