I just get so hungry during the day! Ugh. I've gained six pounds in the last five months. I need to get back to my "ideal weight." Being in Russian River this weekend with all those slender women just made me feel like crap. I need to get this show on the road. Si se puede.

That's okay. Just keep up the good work and take it a day at a time. And remember, just because the others are slender doesn't mean they're healthy. So don't let them make you feel bad. You're still a winner in my book!
