Had a bad weekend, but ready to get back on track. It was my first slip since I started so will consider that a pretty good record. It all started Friday with a nice bonus cheque so we bought pizza. That continued with leftovers on Saturday and then Sunday I ate candy (which I rarely ever do) and had a dairy queen slurpee. Lots of bad stuff!! The good news is I don't weigh in until Friday so have to give it hard for the week. Not feeling bad, so lets keep this truck moving forward.

Good for you, getting right back on track. I never really ate candy before, but I have found that when I am craving something sweet, jelly beans have been my best friend. It is not the best thing to eat, but it is far from the worst thing to eat. Thanks for all of your encouragement.

Geo, I know how you feel, the weekends are always bad for me. I am eaither sitting at home and want to do nothing but eat, or I am sooo busy that I am eating on the run....GRRR....You are doing fantastic and a slip up doesn't mean the end of the road..you ate the pizza, you ate the candy so it is out of your system! KEEP ON TRUCKIN'!
