6 minggu lebih 2 hari...turun segini. Dan tetap bisa makan enak tentu saja! Alhamdulillah...kalo ditanya diet apa? suka bingung jawabnya, krn memang nggak menganut sistem diet tertentu. "Diet happy dan imbangi dgn porsi latihan. Mau turun banyak? exercise juga banyakin. No pain No gain!". :)))
