I am trying to go to the gym at least 4 times a week and then using the treadmill at home on the weekends. I was pleasantly surprised when I got on the scale this morning. I can stick with this eating plan and not feel like a failure if I eat something on my avoid list. I just go right back to it afterwards. Yea me!!!
137.9 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 56.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.7 kg a Week

Cricket! Great job on the weight loss! If you can, try to cut out the Splenda. It's just SUPER bad for you. Honey is only 60 cal/tsp and is actually good for you. Regular sugar is only 30 cal/tsp and is just as sweet as Splenda. Splenda is not a natural product and the way they make it would SCARE you. just google it to see what I mean! Keep on keepin' on GIRL! You can do it.
