Had a very busy day. Slept well because I had to get up yesterday early for a doctor's appt. Woke up refreshed. Moved desk & computer. Lots of pushing, lifting, pulling, walking involved for about an hour and still did gym. Amazing! God is good. I have given away 22.3# since April 2009 when I first logged on to Fatsecret. Halleluju!
