The diet is officially over and I'm taking this a step further. With all that I have learned over the past year about counting calories and the math behind it. My new goal is to gain weight now and I would like to end up a solid 230 with fat than I have now. More motivated than ever I got 650 rack pull last week from the 3rd bar.
