Induction Day 11: Total lost 5.8 pounds. I dropped 0.8 pounds overnight by severely limiting my carbs yesterday. I was able to still drink my coffee/cream/splenda, but cut way back on my veges. I have been gainin in small increments over 5 days wondering why.. I cant be sure if it was b/c I cut back on the veges or other. I did notice yesterday that I smelled fouler than usual (hello ketones!) despite all that water..and I was a wee bit dizzy too. I slept like a baby though! When I get closer to 120 pounds, I will move on to OWL.
2 eggs, 2 slices of peppers and a thin onion slice: 1.6 6 oz coffee w/ 1/2 pkt splenda and 1 tbsp cream 1.3 1/4 pound hamburger 2 tbsp mayo 1 can tuna 2 eggs, 2 slices of peppers and a thin onion slice 1.6 6 oz coffee w/ 1/2 pkt splenda and 1 tbsp cream 1.3 butter for frying eggs
