That is a bummer - but you could choose to rest it so it doesn"t become worse and a longer term problem!

Definitely. I have it wrapped and I've tried to stay off of it for the past couple of days. I've been doing crunches and dumbbell exercises for my arms. Looking forward to cycling again soon (maybe in two weeks?).
