So, lesson learnt today, when you start singing the song that doesn’t end at reception. Be prepared for the receptionist to try to kill you....

Anyway, off to the gym after work. I do wonder if now that I am not having my one milky coffee a day if I am still having enough calories a day.... roughly 1,000 a day..... what do you think?

I have been dieting for 6 mths, under 1000 cal per day 99% of the time. I take a multivitamin daily and feel better than ever.
