I am dreading 😟 the cold months ahead because I go in autopilot binge eating mode. It was cold and rainy today and I ate 2 flapjacks 🥞 4 slices of 🍞 bread, avo, 1/2 a chicken, biscuits and a litter of ☕️ coffee with sugar and creamer 😟. My tummy hurts but I still feel like eating something 🙆🏿♀️. Talk about self sabotage 🤦🏿♀️
