I had my yearly physical today. My doctor minced no words when he said my "Lose 15 lbs in 30 days" challenge was "stupid." I'm inclined to agree with him that this challenge isn't representative of the lifestyle change I want to create. However, I've been doing everything the challenge entails on my own as a part of my own new lifestyle diet. I remain motivated to stay the course and complete my diet regimen, whether it allows me to lose 15 lbs in a month or meet my ultimate goal for a lifetime of healthiness. I'm looking forward to see my triglyceride, cholesterol and testosterone levels. They should be down from a year ago, but even if they're not, they'll provide several useful baselines on which to improve. COME AT ME BRO.
