I am on day 12 of EFS and even though I have missed 3 days of exercise due to an episode I am down 5 pounds. This is great because I tweak the menus a little to work for my family.I am not following it to a T but I'm still only eating the foods listed...I just move things around and combine things to work for me. It's good to know you can mix things up and still get results.
